A very tight and difficult City site made even more so by extremely limited access, not just in the very narrow approach lane complete with limited head room, but in the fact that the site was completely surrounded by buildings, with both corners on the approach having a 24/7 shop on them, complicating ingress.This was a very contemporary three-story office block with an additional two floors of apartments. The important factor here is that given the extraordinary fluidity of the project Jigsaw managed to keep all parties engaged and happy and to bring the whole project to a mutually successful conclusion. Hartnoll Business Park, Tiverton
This project involved the planning and creation of an existing green-field site into a fully functional business park of 8,000 plus square metres of space.Jigsaw was originally approached by the landowner to co-ordinate all of the various consultants involved in producing a fully feasible scheme to take to planning.
